What “First 50” Means

The first 50 patients to join Andover Internal Medicine at each age category (Adults 18–64, Adults 65+, Adolescents, Couples, Families) receive the “First 50” price — and that reduced price is locked in for two full years.

What “51–100” Means

Patients who join as numbers 51 through 100 in each category receive the “51–100” rate — and that price is also locked in for two full years.

These are your Inaugural Member Rates, honoring my earliest supporters with long-term price protection. These inaugural rates will default to the Comprehensive level of care. There is no founding discount for Executive Gold and is priced separately as listed. After the first 100 patients in each category, inaugural pricing ends and new members enroll at the Standard and Comprehensive rates listed. The pricing for Standard and Comprehensive levels of care outside the first founding 100 patients are noted below as well.

Family Membership (Up to 4 Individuals, 2 adult and two children) Each additional child is $25 per month. Each additional adolescent at the adolescent price.

Family membership provides access for acute care visits for children 4-11. Ongoing primary pediatric care, developmental assessments, behavioral evaluations, and routine childhood immunizations are not included. Family membership is designed for families who value rapid access, same day evaluations, extended care hours, an in-office pharmacy, an in office complex moderate complex laboratory distinguishing true need for antibiotics, and experienced acute care for their children: we complement a child’s primary pediatric care.

To provide stable, thoughtful, relationship-based care, all memberships begin with a 12-month commitment, similar to how most Direct Primary Care practices operate.

After your first year, membership continues month-to-month with 30-day notice.

Walk-in pricing reflects non-member rates and may vary based on visit complexity, testing, and procedures. Laboratory testing, EKGs, spirometry, and FeNO assessments are billed separately for non-members but included or discounted for members depending on tier. No hidden fees are applied.

Walk-in visit and testing charges may be applied toward the first month of membership if the patient chooses to join the same day. This provides immediate value and full access to included diagnostics and ongoing direct care.
