Andover Internal Medicine currently offers paid telemedicine visits paid telemedicine visits adults seeking timely, physician-led medical care.

Virtual visits are available for timely evaluation, follow-up, medication management, when an in-person examination is not required.

Care is provided by Barry Brenner MD PhD, a board-certified physician with decades of clinical and academic leadership experience.

Telemedicine visits are self-pay and scheduled directly with the practice.

Common reasons patients request telemedicine visits include:

• Follow-up visits and second opinions

• Medication review and management

• Review of lab, imaging, and outside records results

• New concerns where a physical examination is not required

• Medication refills

• Suspected urinary tract infections. If symptoms or history suggest a more complex condition, we will recommend in-person evaluation

When an in-person evaluation is necessary, we will always recommend and arrange it.

Appointments are available

Some concerns don’t require a full medical visit—but do require experienced judgment.

This service provides physician guidance on questions such as:

• Does this require emergency care?

• Can this wait until morning?

• Should I go to urgent care, my primary doctor, or a specialist?

• Does this wound need suturing?

This service does not include diagnosis or prescribing.

It is designed to help patients make timely, safe decisions.

For individuals seeking general health education, risk awareness, or guidance—not medical diagnosis or treatment—written consultations are available worldwide.

These consultations provide:

• General educational information

• Guidance on when to seek in-person medical care

• Explanation of how clinicians commonly think about similar situations
