Andover Internal Medicine PLLC is designed for a limited number of patients so I can think carefully, examine thoroughly, and remain truly available when you need me.
To honor the patients who join first and help launch this practice, Iโve created Founding Member rates with long-term price protection.
What It Means to Be a Founding Member
As a Founding Member, you receive:
Priority access to membership in a limited-panel practice
Inaugural discounted rates compared with future pricing
Rate protection for two full years from the date you join
Full access to the membership level you choose (Standard, Comprehensive, or Gold Executive), exactly as described on the Pricing & Memberships page
These early members make it possible to build a practice centered on time, judgment, advanced diagnostics, and a genuine physicianโpatient relationship.
What โFirst 50โ Means
The First 50 column in the pricing schedule refers to:
The first 50 patients to join Andover Internal Medicine in each category
Adults 18โ64
Adults 65+
Adolescents 12โ17
Couples
Families
Patients who join while spots are still available in that category:
Receive the โFirst 50โ rate for the membership level they choose
Have that reduced rate locked in for two full years from the date of enrollment
These are the lowest rates the practice will offer.
What โ51โ100โ Means
The next 50 patients in each category (numbers 51 through 100):
Receive the โ51โ100โ rate shown in the pricing schedule
Also have that rate locked in for two full years from the date they join
After the first 100 patients in a category have enrolled, only the Standard / Comprehensive / Gold columns will apply for new members.

Your initial comprehensive visit is usually 60-90 minutes and includes careful history, examination, and a plan for diagnostics and follow-up.

Membership Commitment
To provide stable, thoughtful, relationship-based care, all standard and comprehensive memberships begin with a 2-month commitment, similar to how many Direct Primary Care practices operate.
After your first 2-months, membership continues month-to-month. Afterwards, you may cancel for any reason with 30-day notice.
No long-term contracts. No penalties. Just continuity.
